Resoly is a tax relief firm based in San Diego. We help people who are behind on filings, carrying a balance, or holding a notice they would rather not open.
The work is specific. A specialist reads the notice, checks which years are open, and tells you which resolution the IRS will actually consider. Technology keeps the case file organized and moving. People make the calls and sign the letters.
We are not the Internal Revenue Service, and we are not a government agency. Hiring Resoly does not, by itself, stop a levy or erase a balance. What it does is put a prepared response in front of the IRS, on time, with a plan you understood before you agreed to it.
